Cobra’s long maxilla is short, with groove teeth at the front end. After the groove teeth, there are often one to several fine teeth. The head is oval, and the back of the head has symmetrical large scales without buccal scales. The pupil is round, the tail is cylindrical, and the whole spine has a vertebral protrusion. The colors vary from black or dark brown to light yellow and white.
There are many kinds of cobra, and the patterns of each kind of Cobra are different. The most similar cobra is the Zhoushan cobra in China. The patterns of Bangladesh Cobra have a circle and two circles, which is different from the Chinese cobra, Zhoushan Cobra. In addition, the expanded neck pattern of king cobra is not eye shape, but inverted “V” shape, which is different from that of Cobra.
